My Approach

I take an integrative, personalized approach to therapy that is grounded in a deep understanding of child development, sensory and emotional regulation, and the (Autonomic) Nervous System. My work is shaped by years of experience as an Occupational Therapist and my background in child development (MA). I combine evidence-based therapies such as DIR/Floortime, Polyvagal Theory, Interoception Science and Nonviolent Communication, along with tools like the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), to create a holistic, child-centered approach.

Each child is unique, and I strive to meet them where they are, tailoring strategies that support their emotional and social development. I believe that strong, trusting relationships are at the heart of growth. Whether I am working with children, parents, or professionals, I aim to provide a safe, compassionate space for healing and learning. My goal is to empower children and their families by building skills in emotional regulation, communication, and resilience, so they can thrive in everyday life.
